Your roadmap

The roadmap is your home page, titled tixity roadmap at the top. Below the title, the tixity product roadmap and your own requests share a single three-lane board.

PlannedWork scoped or accepted, not yet started. Includes pending requests you’ve sent us.
In ProgressActive development, including items temporarily on hold.
ShippedDelivered. Items still awaiting your estimate approval sit at the top until you act on them.

Each column groups its rows by quarter (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4) so you can see when things are due, and the Shipped column reads newest-first.

Which rows are yours

Every row carries a small dot next to its title:

A subtle blue accent on the left edge highlights every row that’s attached to you.

Show My Roadmap only

Above the board there’s a segmented switch with two options:

The choice is per-session, no setting to remember.

Reading the totals

The lane header carries one or two totals depending on what’s in the column:

The same split appears under every quarter sub-header so you can see what’s committed vs awaiting your action per quarter.

Pending estimates on a row

When a row shows its price in amber with a PENDING badge, the estimate hasn’t been approved yet. Approve or reject it from Billing (or directly from the item’s side panel) and the amount moves into the blue total automatically.

What you can do

Live updates

The page auto-refreshes when something changes, a status flips, a new note from us, an estimate arrives. No need to reload manually. If you have an item open in the side panel, the auto-refresh waits until you close it so it doesn’t yank the editor out from under you.
