Your roadmap
The roadmap is your home page, titled tixity roadmap at the top. Below the title, the tixity product roadmap and your own requests share a single three-lane board.
![]()
| column | what it holds |
|---|---|
| Planned | Work scoped or accepted, not yet started. Includes pending requests you’ve sent us. |
| In Progress | Active development, including items temporarily on hold. |
| Shipped | Delivered. Items still awaiting your estimate approval sit at the top until you act on them. |
Each column groups its rows by quarter (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4) so you can see when things are due, and the Shipped column reads newest-first.
Which rows are yours
Every row carries a small dot next to its title:
- ● filled blue means the item is attached to your account, a feature you’ve requested or that’s been earmarked for you.
- ○ outline means it’s a general roadmap item that’s not attached to anyone yet. You can click + Request on the row to add it to your account.
A subtle blue accent on the left edge highlights every row that’s attached to you.
Show My Roadmap only
Above the board there’s a segmented switch with two options:
- All (default): every roadmap row, yours and general, in one view. This is the default on each visit.
- Mine only: hides every general row so you see just the work attached to your account.
The choice is per-session, no setting to remember.
Reading the totals
The lane header carries one or two totals depending on what’s in the column:
- Blue total: approved work (estimates you’ve signed off, or free items we’re delivering at no charge).
- Amber ⏳ total: pending work, estimates still awaiting your approval. Resolve these by approving or rejecting the matching estimate on the Billing page or from the item’s side panel.
The same split appears under every quarter sub-header so you can see what’s committed vs awaiting your action per quarter.
Pending estimates on a row
When a row shows its price in amber with a PENDING badge, the estimate hasn’t been approved yet. Approve or reject it from Billing (or directly from the item’s side panel) and the amount moves into the blue total automatically.
Filtering
- Year selector at the top of the page. Default is this year; pick a past year to see what shipped then. Past years collapse the Planned and In Progress lanes to keep the view tight.
- Search box (or press
/) to find an item by title.
What you can do
- Click any row to open the item details, where you can edit pending requests, set priority, and approve or reject estimates.
- Click + Request a feature to submit something new.
- Click + Request on a general roadmap row to opt your account into work that’s already on the broader product roadmap. The row gets a filled blue dot once attached, and we’ll come back with an estimate.
- Switch theme (light / dark) from your user menu.
Live updates
The page auto-refreshes when something changes, a status flips, a new note from us, an estimate arrives. No need to reload manually. If you have an item open in the side panel, the auto-refresh waits until you close it so it doesn’t yank the editor out from under you.
