Customer Portal
The tixity Customer Portal is your private dashboard at portal.tixity.com. It’s where you see the work tixity is doing for your account, approve estimates, view invoices, and invite the rest of your team.

What you’ll find
- Your roadmap: features you’ve requested, what’s in progress, and what’s shipped, alongside the broader tixity roadmap.
- Billing: your estimates and invoices grouped by status.
- Your team: everyone from your company who has signed in, plus a form to invite a colleague.
- Changelog: what’s new across the tixity platform.
Who can sign in
Anyone with an email on your company’s verified domain. The first time you sign in, you arrive on your own roadmap. From there, you can invite teammates from the Team tab.

The top nav has a Support tab (or press S) that opens
support.tixity.com in a new tab. That’s
where this guide lives, alongside live chat for anything not covered
