Getting started
Signing in to the Customer Portal is passwordless, you receive a one-time link by email and click it.
Step 1: Go to portal.tixity.com
Open portal.tixity.com in any modern browser. You’ll see a sign-in screen asking for your work email.

Step 2: Enter your email
Type your work email address (the one on your company’s domain) and click Send sign-in link.
Tip: If you’re not sure your email is recognized, ask your account manager, your domain has to be on file before any address there can sign in.
Step 3: Check your inbox
A message from noreply@tixity.com will arrive within a few
seconds. Click the Sign in button inside the email.
Warning: The link is single-use and expires after 15 minutes. If it’s expired, just request a new one from the sign-in screen.
Step 4: You’re in
Clicking the link signs you in and opens your roadmap. You’ll stay signed in for 30 days before needing another link.

If something’s not working
- No email arrived? Check spam. If still nothing, ask your account manager to confirm your domain is on file.
- Link says “expired” or “already used”? Request a new one. Each link is good for one click.
