General admission
General admission (GA) zones represent standing areas or unnumbered seating where attendees are not assigned specific seats. GA zones have a capacity but no individual seat numbers.
Creating GA zones
- Switch to Drawing mode (shortcut:
1) - Click the general admission tool in the sidebar
- Choose a shape:
- rounded - elliptical GA zone
- rectangular - box-shaped GA zone
- polygonal - custom polygon shape
- Draw the zone on the canvas

After selecting a GA zone, the context menu shows:

Tips
Tip: GA zones are commonly used for standing areas near the stage (golden circle), festival grounds, and general admission balconies.
Tip: In Categories mode, GA zones can be assigned their own category with a GA-type pricing tier. This keeps them separate from seated categories in reports.
